Ozark Health Medical Center To Participate In Drill

On Wednesday, June 24, Ozark Health Medical Center will participate in the Arkansas Health and Medical Response Statewide Drill.  The drill is designed to test the state’s ability to respond to a large-scale public health crisis.  The drill involves emergency preparedness planners from hospitals and state and local agencies statewide who plan to rehearse what they would do in the hours and days following an actual public health emergency, such as the release of a bioterrorism agent or the spread of a deadly communicable disease.  Locally, Ozark Health will cooperate with our local law enforcement and emergency response personnel.
