We Care, We Vote at White County Medical Center

White County Medical Center has joined with the American Hospital Association (AHA) in the “We Care, We Vote” campaign to encourage associates to vote in the Nov. 6 election. Thousands of U.S. hospitals have also partnered with the AHA in this important effort.

“This is a critical election year, and the candidates we elect will make many important decisions concerning the future of healthcare,” said AHA President and CEO Rich Umbdenstock. “Every eligible citizen plays an important role in choosing who gets to make these big decisions that affect our nation, state and hospitals.”

WCMC recently held a Voter Registration Drive to make access to voter registration more convenient for both associates and visitors. By working with the White County Election Coordinator Leslie Bellamy, WCMC provided voter registration booths at both WCMC locations, at 3214 E. Race Ave. and 1200 S. Main

WCMC will hold another Voter Registration Drive on Tuesday, Sept. 25 from 7 to 9 a.m. and 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. on the North Campus, located at 3214 E. Race Ave., and from 10:30 a.m. to Noon on the South Campus, located at 1200 S. Main St.
