Ozark Folk Center offers Hands-On Craft Classes in February 2014

The Ozark Folk Center State Park is offering six Hands-On Craft Classes February 15, 2014 and slots are filling up quickly.

Classes run from 10 a.m. to noon and are offered to people ages 16 and older.

Current classes include:

Broom Tying – make your own broom

Corn Shuckery – make a flower fairy

Apothecary – make a rose-themed lotion bar, bath salts, and sachet

Printing –rubber stamp to your heart’s delight

Chicken Scratch Embroidery – make your own bookmark

Locker Hooking – make your own mug rug

Classes cost $30 plus a small materials fee (instructors will contact registrants with specific materials fees).
