Join us in beautiful downtown Heber Springs and Spring Park April 27 – 29 for the 25th Annual Springfest.
We will begin Friday evening with the traditional ArtWalk, located in the Cleburne County Judges office.
The Springfest Street Fair will be on 3rd Street just outside the ArtWalk. On hand will be the Arkansas Cattlemen’s Association cooking up some great beef dinners, numerous children’s activities will be available, and live music will fill the air. Test your pitching skills at the political candidates dunking booth and your agility on the National Guard Climbing Wall! The festivities will continue with a Cupcake Baking Contest, and a Chair Art & Planter Art Auction. Conclude your evening by watching Volkswagens, Trikes and Classic Cars cruise down Main Street.
Saturday’s activities begin at 10 A.M. in historic Spring Park. Hand-Crafters will line the sidewalks displaying their wares; enjoy festival foods, inflatables and the petting zoo. Experience the wonder of the exquisite Monarch in the Butterfly Pavilion. Watch the young beauties at the Miss Springfest Pageant, enjoy live music and entertainment, and be sure to catch the Volkswagens on the terraces.
You won’t want to miss the Arkansas Children’s Theatre’s production of “Goldilocks and Little Red Riding Hood” at 2 P.M. in the Amphitheatre, followed by the yesteryear sounds of Sonny Burgess & the Legendary Pacers at 6 P.M.
Also on Saturday, be sure to check out the Classic Car and Bike Show on the Courthouse lawn.
Spring Park activities will continue on Sunday afternoon. Be sure to enjoy our local entertainers at the “Hebers’ Got Talent” talent contest to be held at the band shell.
