Fun Dog Show at the Cleburne County Fair, 880 Bittle Road – Heber Springs, AR! Th event will be held Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 11:30 a.m.
No entry fee – your gate admission allows you to enter. Enter from 11:00 – 11:30 the day of the show!
1. Aged to Perfection: Oldest dog
2. Mighty Minis: Smallest dog—must be at least 6 weeks old!
3. Biggest Lap Dog: Biggest dog over 50 lbs. who climbs into your lap (with your help and encouragement) and stays for 1 minute – bring your own chair!
4. Clever K-9 Trick: Can your dog jump thru a hoop or play dead? Any trick will do!
5. Most Unlikely to Succeed: For those people who have given of themselves by
providing a home for a dog no one else wanted. Tell your dog’s special story. Time limit of 3 minutes.
6. Homely Hounds: Do you have the ugliest dog? Dare to enter!
7. Best Tail Wagger: For any dog great or small, young or old! Your happy dog will be judged for the most enthusiastic tail wagging encouraged by you!
8. Just Like You: Does your dog look like you? Do you look like your dog?
9 & 10 Puttin’ on the Ritz: (costume contest) Dress your dog and yourself, be original! Please consider your dog’s safety and comfort when choosing a costume. Class will be divided into Youth (15 and under) and Adult (over 15!) Divisions!
Please NOTE – ALL DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AND UNDER CONTROL!!!
