The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved bids for improvements to roadways in Cleburne County.
The purpose of the first project is to resurface selected sections of 2.6 miles of various city streets in Heber Springs, to include: W. Front St., W. Moore St., Case St., N. 4th St., E. Sugarloaf St., N. Broadway St., and Hollowell Dr.
The purpose of the second project is to resurface 2.1 miles of State Highway 356 between State Highways 25 and 225 near Quitman.
