The Arkansas State Highway Commission has approved bids for improvements to roadways in Faulkner County.
The purpose of the first project is to resurface 7.4 miles of selected sections of County Roads 47 and 49 near Conway.
The purpose of the second project is to resurface 6.1 miles of State Highway 286 between Conway and Saltillo.
