Medical Application of Science for Health program at Baptist Health Medical Center of Heber Springs are now being accepted. The dates have been tentatively set June 13-24.
The two-week program is open to entering junior and senior high school students who live within driving distance of a M*A*S*H site. Students interested in participating in a M*A*S*H program may obtain applications by contacting Tamara Wright, RN, CIC with Baptist Health Medical Center Heber Springs or their school counselors.
Applications are due by April 1, 2011 so let any of your relatives and friends that may have interest in a health career know about the program. CHAMPS is a program for Jr. High students that is a one week program planned for June 27-30, 2011.
Both Programs are free to students and a opportunity for students interested in health careers to get a close up experience.
