Faulkner County S.P.C.A. will begin phase one of a building project to erect a pole barn and future exercise run for the animals made in part by the Faulkner County Office of the Arkansas Community Foundation.
The building project will benefit the rescued animals by providing shelter for the outside kennels and offer a larger area for the animals to exercise and socialize off leash. These skills benefit the animals by increasing their adoptability. We are grateful and excited to accept this grant to improve the lives of the animals we care for daily and those we have yet to receive.
The Arkansas Community Foundation awards grants through a competitive application and review process.
Faulkner County S.P.C.A houses and provides Veterinary care and rehabilitation to animals seized or referred by Law Enforcement and breeder retirees.
