Arkansas Lieutenant Governor Mark A. Darr will be the keynote at the Cleburne County Scholarship Dinner this evening at the Red Apple Inn in Heber Springs.
Darr will be speaking to high school students who have met certain academic and attendance requirements. The students families as well as their guidance counselors will also be invited to attend the dinner.
