Arkansas McDonald’s Restaurants Aim to Hire 564 Employees this Week

McDonald’s restaurants across Central and Southern Arkansas plan to hire 564 employees from March 6–12 during Hiring Week activities across the region. McDonald’s offers flexible scheduling, extensive training, advancement opportunities and the opportunity to qualify for college tuition assistance, earn a high school diploma or learn English as a second language through McDonald’s Archways to Opportunity program.

“We look forward to welcoming some new faces to the McDonald’s family here in Arkansas and helping them take the next step in their careers,” said Little Rock McDonald’s Owner/Operator Eliecer Palacios. “At the end of the day, McDonald’s is a people business. As local business owners, we work to invest in our people so they can grow, discover career opportunities or take the skills they learn here with us onto the next chapter in their career.”

In addition to extensive training and career growth opportunities, McDonald’s employee benefits include paid time off, meal discounts and Archways to Opportunity, a tuition assistance program that promotes opportunity and mobility for McDonald’s diverse employee community. In addition to Archways to Opportunity, McDonald’s continues to invest in the communities in which it serves through three major scholarship programs, HACER® National Scholarships, Thurgood Marshall Black and Positively Golden Scholarships and McDonald’s/APIA Scholarship program.
