Description: The Arkansas Symphony Orchestra River Rhapsodies Chamber Series concludes the season with Stravinsky’s Histoire du Soldat on April 26 at 7 p.m. at the Clinton Center Great Hall. The Chamber Series is sponsored by KLRE Classical 90.5/KUAR FM 89.1.
This performance features an ensemble of seven musicians along with actors and a narrator. The Soldier’s Tale tells the story of a soldier, the devil, a princess and a fiddle. Actors Torey Hayward, Ben West and Katherine Wise, students of Hendrix College Theatre Department, will join ASO Hot Springs/Hot Springs Village Guild President, ASO Board Member and longtime ASO supporter, Jack Larsen as narrator.
