ASU-Beebe Hosts Grand Opening for Vanguard One Stop
BEEBE, Ark. — Arkansas State University-Beebe will host a grand opening event for the Vanguard One Stop in the Dr. Eugene McKay Student Center on the Beebe campus. The college was awarded a Title III Strengthening Institutions grant in 2022. This grant partially funded the renovation of a former bookstore in the student center to create the Vanguard One Stop. The renovations established this centralized location for students to take care of their needs related to admissions, financial aid, disability services and information technology services without visiting multiple campus buildings. The Vanguard One Stop is also closer to other student services, such as advising, tutoring, the campus cafeteria, and more, providing comprehensive services to students in one physical location on the Beebe campus similar to the Heber Springs and Searcy campuses.
