The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a Ribbon-Cutting ceremony for the unveiling of a portrait gallery featuring Donors of Endowed Scholarships at Lyon College in Batesville. The Ribbon-Cutting will occur in the downstairs hall of Edwards Commons Building located at 2300 Highland Road in Batesville on Friday, May 12, at 5 p.m.
One of the oldest colleges in Arkansas, Lyon College provides a four-year liberal arts education with a focus on service and experiential learning, while providing small class sizes and strong faculty-student interactions. The event is being held to celebrate and recognize Endowed Scholarships and honor their Donors with a wall featuring their portraits.
All community supporters, chamber members, ambassadors, board members, and staff are invited to attend.
