The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) will hold a Ribbon-Cutting ceremony for White River Softwash. The Ribbon-Cutting will occur at the Chamber of Commerce at 409 Vine Street in Batesville on Thursday, March 31, at 1 p.m.
