  • Arkansas State Capitol & Offices: Closed
  • Bank of Cave: Closed (advertised to be open)
  • Central Arkansas Transit: Delayed until 7:30 am
  • Central Baptist Food Pantry: Closed
  • Kids First in Morrilton: Closed
  • Taylor Hearing Centers: All locations Closed (advertised to be open)

Cancellations:

  • Hospice of North Arkansas Grief Support which meets at Eaglecrest Nursing Home in Ash Flat on the 3rd Tuesday of each month has been cancelled for Tuesday, February 17.
  • March for Babies City-Wide Kickoff tomorrow has been cancelled.
  • Due to inclement weather and traffic conditions, the public reading and book signing for Ellen Hopkins has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 18 at 7:30 p.m. in the College of Business room 107. The remaining schedule has not changed.
  • St. Francis Episcopal Church and Good Times Restaurant Mardi Gras Dinner that was planned for Feb. 17th has been moved to Thursday, February 19 from 5:00-7:00 pm. Live music will be provided during the dinner by local musician, Ron Miller. The dinner will be held at the Parish Hall located at 20 Woodland Cove just off Hwy 110 across from the Heber Springs Sports Complex. The menu will feature New Orleans Gumbo, Red Beans & Rice, Salad, French Bread, Dessert, and assorted Beverages; Dine in or Take-out. Tickets prices are: Adults $10.00, Children 7 to 12 $4.00, Children 6 & Under Free. Proceeds from the dinner will benefit  children and families through The C.A.L.L. and Margie’s Haven House charities. Tickets are on sale now and will also be available at the door.
