Business EXPO in Heber Springs

The Heber Springs Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present the 2014 Business EXPO, which will be held October 2, from 11:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. at Heber Springs Community Center. The Business Expo is an opportunity for businesses to introduce new products, gain exposure, meet new customers, network and build relationships that will lead to new growth and production.
We hope you will consider being an exhibitor again at this year’s EXPO to showcase your quality products and services.

Booth rates and floor plan are included, please complete the exhibitor application form and return it to the Chamber.

10” X 10” booth with backdrop, draped sides
One draped 6” table with two chairs
Publicity campaign to boost attendance from general public

Booth Setup: Wednesday, Oct. 1, 1:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. & Thursday, Oct. 2, 8 a.m.- 10 a.m. Booths must be set-up and ready by 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 2.

Exhibitor Brunch: Thursday, October 2, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Booths Open to the Public: Thursday, October 1, 11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Remember: Decorate your booth! Get into the spirit of the theme and have fun! A “Best of Show” prize will be awarded for the best overall booth and other booth awards.
