2016 Commemoration

The City of Clinton would like to thank the guest speakers & coordinators of the “Freedom Isn’t Free” Program at Clinton Schools, honoring the veterans, POWs, servicemen & servicewomen and their families who have helped to preserve our freedom through their dedication and sacrifice. Many thanks to the Bolden family for their participation, to the students and faculty of Clinton Schools, and to those who supported with their attendance.
Corporal C.G Bolden of Clinton, Arkansas died on April 30, 1951 in the Suan Bean Camp near Pyongyang’s North Korea. He was captured on January 5, 1951 and taken prisoner near Seoul Korea.
