Crystal Johnson, President/CEO, Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce has successfully completed Center for Chamber of Commerce Excellence training. CCCE is a program created by a partnership with The University of Oklahoma and multiple regionally located state and local chambers. The three year program is designed to provide necessary skills and training to enhance knowledge of chamber executives. The program is guided by a Board of Regents from a four-state area of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.

Crystal Johnson stated, “Success in today’s increasingly competitive marketplace and challenging economic times requires chamber professionals to stay up-to-date on management topics and chamber practices. I am looking forward to implementing new programs and policies that will benefit our business community”. Johnson is also pursuing a Masters degree from the University of Central Arkansas in Community and Economic Development.
