The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a Ribbon-Cutting ceremony for the new Skills Development Lab at The University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville. The Ribbon-Cutting will occur at UACCB’s Workforce Training Center at 2005 White Drive in Batesville on Wednesday, September 20, at 11 a.m.
The University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville provides quality educational opportunities within a supportive learning environment through community partnerships, responsive programs, and an enduring commitment to improvement. The event is being held to celebrate the opening of a new lab dedicated to equipping students with technical workforce skills in welding, engineering, machining, and robotics. The lab is powered by a partnership with Spartan Mowers.
All community supporters, chamber members, ambassadors, board members, and staff are invited to attend.
