Conway City Council voted to pass an ordinance authorizing the owners who are licensed drivers age 16 and over to operate their carts on city streets.
Golf Carts are not allowed on streets that are designated as a federal or state highway or county road. Also, Golf carts are authorized during daylight hours only, and only from the owner’s place of residence to and from the Golf course.
