Congressman Berry is appointed to Subcommittee on Homeland Security

Washington, D.C. – On May 12, it was announced that Congressman Marion Berry will be appointed to the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland Security.

 

“I am looking forward to the opportunity to serve my country as a new member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Homeland Security. This is an important honor that has been bestowed upon me, and I in my remaining tenure in Congress plan to serve this committee to the best of my abilities. At this time in our country, it is essential to address the issues we face both foreign and domestic such as immigration, cyber terror, and other security threats.”
