WASHINGTON – Congressman Tim Griffin (AR-02) issued the following statement regarding House Republicans’ Faith Leaders Meetup on February 5:
“It’s an honor to help host this Meetup for faith leaders at the United States Capitol. I hope that many Arkansans will be able to attend and participate in the roundtable discussion about religious freedom at home and abroad and other issues important to them.”
Coinciding with the National Prayer Breakfast on February 6, the Faith Leaders Meetup, hosted by the House Republican Conference, will take place on February 5, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in Washington, D.C. at 202A Cannon House Office Building. Faith leaders from around the country—regardless of their personal political affiliation—will have the opportunity to connect with Members of Congress, including members of leadership and key committees.
