Dave Parker has been named Public Information Officer for the Arkansas Department of Transportation.
Parker is an Emmy award-winning journalist who has spent more than three decades covering local news. He most recently served seven years as News Director at KTHV-11 in Little Rock. Prior to coming to Little Rock, Parker worked in media markets such as Memphis, Baltimore, and Philadelphia.
