Description: Meet Roxy Raccoon and Angie Smith at the third annual BLESSING OF THE ANIMALS conducted by the
First Presbyterian Church of Greers Ferry. This year’s Blessing is SATURDDAY, OCTOBER 15 at 11:00. All are invited to join us with their animals (on a leash or in a crate) on the church grounds at 49 Devil’s Fork Rd. in Greers Ferry. We have had dogs, cats, horses and even bunnies in the past, so don’t miss out on this morning of fun along with wonderful animals and their equally wonderful owners. Each animal attending will be individually blessed by Dr. Walter Swetnam and will be given a blessing certificate. There will also a special prayer listing the names of the animals that we have loved and lost. Come a few minutes to meet the animals and their owners and also to enjoy some refreshments.
