Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers William Carl Garner Visitor Center is pleased to announce that a Fly Tying Seminar will be held at William Carl Garner Visitor Center on Thursday, May 30, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The limit of participants is 15 and must be 12 years of age or older. Please call the Visitor Center at 501-362-9067 in advance to sign up. The William Carl Garner Visitor Center is located north of Heber Springs at the west end of the Greers Ferry Dam on Highway 25. The Visitor Center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. All programs are free and open to the public. For more information contact the Visitor Center at (501) 362-9067.
