Saturday Evening, September 7, at 7:00pm., four of the Ozark Folk Center’s most popular groups will provide a family concert. The concert, to be held at the beautiful UACCB Independence Hall in Batesville, is a fundraiser for the Ozark Folk Center.
The wonderful concert will feature longtime favorites, “The Leatherwoods”, and Dave Smith, as well as, “Mulligan Stew” and “The Lazy Goat String Band”. There will also be Folk Center artisans and their crafts and the Committee of 100’s cookbook, “Taste of the Mountains”.
Tickets are $10, with children under 12 free, and are available at Centennial Bank in Mt. View and Citizens Bank of Batesville and of course at Independence Hall the night of the concert.
This is a wonderful way to spend a Saturday evening and all proceeds will benefit the educational programs of the Ozark Folk Center.
