Fox Community Services Committee announces Fox Fun Fest This Saturday June 6th at the Fox ballpark. Beginning at 10:00 AM, Kids games such as Turtle Race, Three legged Race, and much more through out the day. Prizes will be awarded 11:00 AM Local Music Groups begin to play through out the day!
The Area Fire Department will have a Water Battle at 12:00 noon on the Fox Ball Field. Area Fire Departments try to out do each other by pushing a small barrel attached to a wire stretched from one truck to another.
Also, there will be a fire wise booth set up by forest service and fire department to make people aware of potential fire hazards around there homes, especially since the Ice storm.
At 2:00 PM Fox community Services Committee will be selling Hamburgers, Hotdogs, Sausages and Drinks, Local Churches will be having for sale Fried Pies, Snow Cones, and Popcorn. A Dunking Booth, with the Stone County Judge, the Stone County Sheriff, and Local Coaches will be fun for all. A Huge Bounce House for Kids and a Horseshoe Pitching tournament.
