Griffin Leads Bipartisan Delegation To Walter Reed Freshmen Members visit wounded warriors

WASHINGTON – Congressman Tim Griffin (AR-02) today issued the following statement after leading a bipartisan delegation of freshman Members of Congress on a visit to Walter Reed Army Medical Center:

“Today’s trip is meant to say thank you to the wounded warriors and their families for their service to our nation, as well as the men and women taking care of them. Walter Reed is one of the finest medical centers in the world, serving 150,000 active and retired personnel from all branches of our Armed Forces. It is important that we, as new Members of Congress, see the important work happening there first hand.”
