Description: SEARCY, Ark. — Nearly 100 cast members, musicians and production crew will take stage Homecoming weekend at Harding University to present “Thoroughly Modern Millie.” Performances will take place Nov. 5-6 in Benson Auditorium on campus.
Tickets go on sale Oct. 5, and the show runs Nov. 5-6 at 8 p.m. each night. Tickets are priced according to seating visibility. Level A tickets are $15; Level B, $12; Level C, $10. For more information, call 501-279-4255 or visit www.hardingtickets.com.

Set in 1922 New York City, “Thoroughly Modern Millie” tells the story of young Millie Dillmount, who has just moved to the city in search of a new life for herself. It’s a New York full of intrigue and jazz — a time when women were entering the workforce, and the rules of love and social behavior were changing forever. Loosely based on the popular 1967 film of the same name featuring Mary Tyler Moore and Julie Andrews, the stage version includes a full score of new songs and bright dance numbers.
