Harding University public relations director receives award

David Crouch, director of public relations at Harding Uiversity, received the 2010 Distinguished Achievement Award from the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District IV at the organization’s conference in Austin, Texas, March 30

Crouch is beginning his fourth year as treasurer of the district and
has served on CASE’s National Commission on Communications and
Marketing. He is past chairman of the organization’s membership
committee and served as annual conference treasurer for three years.
He has also served on the awards and conference committees and was
Arkansas’ representative for the board of directors.

CASE is a national and international organization comprised of nearly
3,400 colleges and universities, independent and international
schools, and nonprofit organizations across 59 countries. The
organization also includes approximately 22,000 professional members.

CASE District IV includes Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico
and Texas, with 268 member institutions and 1,420 professional
members.

Crouch is the 25th recipient of District IV’s Distinguished
Achievement Award and only the second Arkansan to receive the honor.
The district began presenting the award in 1984.
