Suddenlink announced today it has launched more high-definition (HD) TV channels in Heber Springs.
The new HD channels include: Turner Classic Movies HD, Fuse HD, Independent Film Channel HD, Biography Channel HD, H2 HD, Disney XD HD, Destination America HD, The Science Channel HD and Investigation Discovery HD.
HDTV offers a widescreen format, similar to a movie theater, with distinctly sharper images and better sound quality than standard TV.
Earlier, Suddenlink introduced other new HD channels to Heber Springs, as well as faster Internet speeds.
