First Annual ‘Iraq & Afghanistan Day of Recognition in Heber Springs will be held Saturday, May 18th. The County Judge & City Mayor will sign a proclamation. We will be set up at a booth on May 18th at SpringFest in downtown Heber Springs. The Proclamation will be read out loud by the Mayor & Judge around 10 am.
