Cody Lynn Gorecke, the 19-year-old resident of Wilburn held in connection with the shooting death of Vilonia High School senior Amanda Allison, was formally charged Tuesday.
According to 16th Judicial District Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Holly Meyer, Gorecke is being charged with second degree murder, a class A felony; criminal use of a prohibited weapon, a class D felony; aggravated assault, a class D felony; and three misdemeanors, minor in possession of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
