A Marshall resident has been sentenced to a Regional Correctional Facility for multiple charges.
On May 30, 2009, Dillon Jetter, age 21, of 3883 Hilltop Road in Marshall, Arkansas was arrested by the officers of the Searcy County Sheriff’s Office making a routine traffic stop for improper tags. Officers observed Jetter acting very nervous and noticed that his eyes did not look normal. Jetter was charged by Twentieth Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Marcus Vaden with Possession of Controlled Substance, Insurance Required, Driving while Licenses Cancelled-Suspended or Revoked, Alcohol-Possession by a Minor and Improper Display of License Plates. Jetter was later charged in December, 2009 with Failure to Appear in court.
Jetter pled guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 12 months in the Arkansas Regional Punishment Facility and 48 months of probation.
