The Mission Run in the Ozarks is an 2nd annual event that features a 5k, 10k, and half marathon through streets and back roads (all pavement) of Mountain View. The events will start on the east side of the Stone County Court Square and spectators will be allowed to encourage participants along the challenging, but yet, adventurous hills! Parking will be available on the east side of the court house on E. Washington Street. Events will be timed by Agee Race Timing. Registration is through Agee Race Timing and packets can be picked up on Friday evening April 11, 2014 from 6pm-8pm at Mountain View Chamber of Commerce (107 N PEABODY AVE MOUNTAIN VIEW AR 72560) and Saturday morning April 12, 2014 at 6:30am on the court square. Water stations will be available throughout the course, along with medical and volunteer personnel. Restrooms available on court square and portapotties throughout the course. Post-race activities and other refreshments will be available. T-shirts are guaranteed to all who register prior to March 30th. Proceeds will go to Kenyan T.E.A.M. missions which includes the Vickers family from Mtn View that is in final preparation for an internship on the mission field in Kenya Africa.
