Morgan O’Neil talks Tour De Toad Bike Ride at Toad Suck Daze on Open Mic KFFB’s Open Mic they will be discussing, The 11th Annual Tour de Toad Bike Ride begins on Saturday, May 5, 2018, at 11:00 AM from the Conway Municipal Airport. As the official bike ride of Toad Suck Daze, Tour de Toad raises funds to support Literacy Action of Central Arkansas, a nonprofit organization that teaches adults and families reading and English language skills.
Cyclists can choose between three new routes this year: 10 Mile Family Ride, 20 Mile Intermediate Ride, or 40 Mile Advanced Ride. The 10 Mile is almost entirely flat with just one hill to climb—perfect for families to ride together! The 20 and 40 Mile routes have a few more hills and will be ideal for cyclists that have a little bit more experience. Visit www.literacyactionar.org/events/tour-de-toad for map routes. Each route is fully SAG supported with aid stations and bathrooms.
This is also the 5th year to participate in the Iron Toad event! Literacy Action partners with Kiwanis (www.toadsuckrun.com) to award those that complete the Toad Suck Run and the Tour de Toad ride on May 5th with a custom medal and finish line celebration!
All proceeds from Tour de Toad support Literacy Action for Central Arkansas. We would like to thank our sponsors for this event, The Ride, FIS™, Conway Regional Medical Center, First Security Bank, Russell Dermatology, Arkansas Neurology, and Luke Porter, Inc.!
