Moriah “The Brave” Moore from Heber Springs passes away

Moriah “The Brave” Moore from Heber Springs passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020, in Little Rock.

Moriah daughter of Rachel and Earl Moore owners of Arrow’s Cafe & BBQ in Heber Springs.  Moriah had a very rare form of liver cancer and had been fighting it for 9 years and over 40 surgeries and 100’s of medical procedures.

Her mother Rachel Holloway Moore shares the incredible story on her Facebook page.

“I have been doing live Broadcasts for nearly 40 years and Earl (Moriah’s Dad) and I were having a tough time keeping it together during our broadcast for Moriah’s Homecoming,” Bob Connell with Timeless 106.1 KFFB said. “With that contagious smile Moriah knew two old friends needed some help moving forward after our broadcast and she said, ‘take a picture of us’, and I said I don’t know how to do a selfie and Moriah took my phone click on a couple of buttons and the picture with us three was taken by her” in the Picture from left to right is Moriah, Earl, and Bob. “I’ve done a lot of broadcasts and I have never felt more proud than the one I did during Christmas of 2019, she truly is one of the bravest individuals I have ever interviewed,” said Bob Connell owner of Timeless 106.1 KFFB.

Moriah “The Brave” Moore had a Beautiful Homecoming just before Christmas, as the City of Heber Springs came together with Cleburne County Sheriff Department, Heber Springs Police Department,  Heber Springs Fire Department, and Survival Flight all took part of the procession taking Moriah Home for Christmas.

Arrangements are being made for Moriah “The Brave” Moore from Hebera Celebration of Life services.
