National Federation of Independent Business’ (NFIB) Endorses Griffin

LITTLE ROCK – Second District Congressional candidate, U.S. Army Reservist and former U.S. Attorney Tim Griffin today issued the following statement after receiving the endorsement of the National Federation of Independent Business’ (NFIB) political action committee, the SAFE (Save America’s Free Enterprise) Trust:

“I am honored to receive the endorsement of my fellow small business owners and NFIB members and look forward to helping Arkansans create sustainable private sector jobs and lead our economic recovery.

“Free enterprise is one reason why America is exceptional. Speaker Pelosi’s reliance on government to create jobs is misplaced. The private sector, and especially small business, is the key to our economic recovery, and we must help small businesses by extending tax relief and cutting back on spending.”

The National Federation of Independent Business is the leading small business association representing small and independent businesses. A nonprofit, nonpartisan organization founded in 1943, NFIB represents the consensus views of its members in Washington and all 50 state capitals. The SAFE Trust is dedicated to supporting candidates who promote small business interests in Congress.
