National Symphony Orchestra trio to perform at Harding University

SEARCY, Ark.? As part of the 2009 American Residency Arkansas program,
a trio from the National Symphony Orchestra will perform a chamber
music concert at Harding University on Thursday, March 26, at 4 p.m.
in the Reynolds Center Recital Hall.

The trio includes Aaron Goldman, flute; Abigail Evans, viola; and
Jeffrey Weisner, bass. Admission is free, and a reception for the
artists will follow their performance.

The orchestra will perform, teach and speak in a statewide tour March
24-31. The Stella Boyle Smith Trust is the presenting sponsor for this
year’s program. American Residencies are supported by the John F.
Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts through a grant from the U.S.
Department of Education. Chamber music and outreach events are made
possible in part by the Abe Fortas Memorial Fund of the Kennedy
Center.
