NCA Artist League Provides Watercolor Demonstration

Artist Jim Oberst, Hot Springs Village, demonstrated watercolor techniques to members of the North Central Arkansas Artist League at Fairfield Bay on Monday morning, October 22nd. About 25 members watched as liquid colors came to life in a beautiful sunset lake scene featuring sailboats.
