He was the last fireman to escape the devastation and was in a stairwell of the North Tower when it collapsed. He was buried for more than four hours. Mr. Picciotto is the author of Last Man Down, a New York Times bestseller, and a 28-year veteran of the New York Fire Department. Open seating — no ticket necessary.
