Off The Beaten Path Studio Tour

It’s time once again for the Off the Beaten Path Studio Tour. This free self-guided driving tour of the private working studios of artists located within 30 miles of the courthouse square in Mountain View will take place on Sept. 13, 14 & 15, 2019. This is the 18th year of the tour. On this special weekend, fine artists and craft artisans will open their unique private working studios to the public for an up-close and personal look at how and where they create their distinctive pottery, jewelry, painting, photographs, weaving, wood, furniture, baskets, and much more. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet the artists, see work in progress, and purchase locally produced art and crafts directly from the creators. Studios will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. A reception for artists, visitors, friends and supporters will take place on Friday evening, Sept. 13, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Arkansas Craft School at the corner of Peabody and Main on the Square in Mountain View. Everyone is invited to join us for this celebration of art and artists in Mountain View.

Explore our website www.offthebeatenpathstudiotour.com for information about each of the artists, photos of their work, and maps and directions to their studios. You can view and download the 2019 Guide to Artists’ Studios on the website.
