The Dinner is taste-tested and voted for this production. We are even bringing in food from out-of-town to make our menu a real crowd pleaser! Here’s the menu:
Fried Chicken – Tester’s said it was crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside.
Smokey Bar-B-G Beans – We all agreed these beans had a great woodstove flavor.
Baked Potato Salad – Yes, it is a “loaded” baked potato taste in a salad!
Biscuits – They’ll do any Southern cook proud.
Dessert: Apple Pie and a scoop of Ice Cream – It’s an All-American Favorite Combo!
And all profits from catering will go to support music scholarships for our students! Great food and a worthy cause from our patrons.
