Mountain View, Arkansas — Ozark Highlands Radio is proud to announce the addition of KFFB 106.1 FM in Fairfield Bay, AR to its affiliate line up. Ozark Highlands Radio will replace the long tenured program, KFFB at the Ozark Folk Center.
“It has been an honor to have KFFB at the Ozark Folk Center on the air for over 15 years” says KFFB Owner and CEO Bob Connell. “And a big thanks to that programs ‘Executive Producer Elliott Hancock who passed away in March. We are pleased to support the Ozark Folk Center as we move to a new chapter in our partnership by carrying Ozark Highlands Radio”.
Ozark Highlands Radio airs Sundays mornings at 6.a.m. Launched in January of this year, Ozark Highlands Radio is hosted by Stone County, Arkansas musician Dave Smith and features live music performances recorded at the Ozark Folk Center State Park. In addition to the music, the program highlights the stories, personalities and history of the Ozark region with weekly “feature host” segments. Contributors include, Charley Sandage and author Brooks Blevins among others.
