Description: The Pangburn Public Library, a branch of the White County Regional Library System, announces that it will host a Christmas Open House and Volunteer Appreciation Day on Friday, December 14, 2012 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. This facility recently expanded with a 400 sq. ft. addition primarily used for children’s materials and programming. This expansion project was led by the City of Pangburn which provided the majority of the materials for this city-owned building. Some materials and the majority of the labor, however, were donated by members of the Pangburn community. Shelving and fixtures were provided through non-mandated funds from the White County government.
