Description: The North Central Arkansas Foundation for Arts and Education (NCAFA&E) will present pianist Neil Rutman in a free concert Sunday, November 7th, at 2:00 P.M. at Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church, 250 Dave Creek Pkwy., Fairfield Bay.
Also on the program will be Hannah Cruse, a 16 year old oboist and pianist from Edgemont. She will be accompanied by pianist Terry Lee.
