Pryor to Meet Travels to Little Rock, Conway, Poplar Grove, Wynne, Hot Springs, and Bryant

WASHINGTON D.C. – Senator Mark Pryor today said he is looking forward to traveling the state this week and hearing from communities about economic development, health care, transportation and other critical issues. Below is Pryor’s schedule for the first week of the Senate’s spring recess.

 On Tuesday, March 30 at 9:45 am CT, Pryor will tour the new Hewlett-Packard facilities in Conway, AR.  The tour will take place at the HP-Conway Support Center, 355 Ledgelawn Drive in Conway, AR.

 At 1:15 pm CT, Pryor will visit the Conway Airport site and receive a presentation from the Conway Chamber of Commerce about the site.  The event will take place at the Conway Chamber of Commerce, 900 East Oak Street in Conway, AR.

 On Wednesday, March 31 at 9 am CT, Pryor will tour Delta Yams, a sweet potato processing facility partially funded through a USDA grant.  The tour will take place at Delta Yams, 7879 Highway 49 in Poplar Grove, AR.

 At 12 pm CT, Pryor will speak to members of the Wynne Rotary about current events.  The luncheon will take place at Kelley’s Restaurant, 425 Highway 64 West in Wynne, AR.

 On Thursday, April 1 at 9:30 am CT, Pryor will tour St. Joseph’s Mercy Hospital in Hot Springs, AR.  Pryor will meet with Mercy’s President, Tim Johnson, and discuss the hospital’s new robotic surgical system for which Pryor helped secure funding.  The visit will take place at St. Joseph’s Mercy Hospital, 300 Werner Street in Hot Springs, AR.

 At 12 pm CT, Pryor will speak to members of the Bryant Rotary about current events during a luncheon.  The luncheon will take place at Luigi’s Pizza & Pasta, 22000 Interstate 30 in Bryant, AR.

 At 2 pm CT, Pryor will visit the Goodwill Industries facility in Little Rock, AR.  He will tour the career and sales center with Goodwill President and CEO Brian Itzkowitz.  The event will take place at Goodwill Industries, 1110 West Seventh Street in Little Rock, AR.
