Rapert: Obama Decision ‘Bad for Arkansas Workers’

State Senator Jason Rapert (R-Conway) today issued the following statement denouncing the Obama administration’s choice to delay a decision on the Keystone XL pipeline, affecting more than 600 Central Arkansas jobs:

“President Obama’s decision is bad for Arkansas workers. Energy jobs have kept our state’s unemployment rate from reaching an even higher level than it is today. We must seriously question why members of the President’s party have yet to stand up for Arkansas workers and criticize his flawed choice.”
