Routine Inspection on Interstate 40 Bridge over Mississippi River Requires Lane Closures between West Memphis and Memphis

A routine inspection of the I-40 bridge over the Mississippi River between West Memphis and Memphis requires temporary lane closures, according to Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) officials.

Weather permitting; the outside eastbound lane on I-40 between West Memphis and Memphis will be closed between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. starting Monday, September 18 and continuing through Thursday, September 21.
